Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington, a Greek American businesswoman and syndicated journalist is also an author. She co-founded The Huffington Post the founder and chief executive officer of Thrive Global and the author of 15 books. Arianna Huffington has been an actor, journalist an author, philanthropist on television and television for over ten years. Her role also includes being the founder of The Huffington Post, an openly-liberal newsmagazine online. Originating from Greece Arianna Huffington immigrated to England with her family at age 16. When she attended Cambridge University she earned a MA diploma in Economics. In the beginning, as the only non-English student, she was elected as president of The Cambridge Union' at the age of 21. Following graduation, she left her name as an editorialist for the conservative syndicate and when the publication of The Huffington Post' few years later, she launched an online platform for voice that included critical comments on the political scenario. Her parents were journalist and manager Konstantinos along with his partner Elli Stasinopoulos. While she was closely associated with her father it was the bond she had with her mother, which formed her character. In her early times, she demonstrated leadership skills for which are still in high demand. Her move to England came at 16 to continue her education and enrolled in Girton College Cambridge. She joined in the Cambridge Union college debate society throughout her college years and was the 3rd and only female who was elected the president. She graduated in 1972 with master's degrees in Economics. She worked as a music critic television host, and columnist upon her graduation.
