Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles in a middle-class family. She grew up with big dreams. Her best roles include the spy action film Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol and the thriller Precious. Growing up with her family in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, Patton had many dreams. The mother of her children was a film lover and encouraged her to love movies as a young person. Paula was involved with her school's cocurricular activities and was particularly drawn to dramatics. She loved performing in stage productions with her friends. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School gave her many opportunities to act in high school and she chose acting to pursue a career. She was in The University of Southern Cal's summer program, and enjoyed the experience to death. The program awarded her a 3-month contract producing documentaries on behalf of PBS. Following the successful completion of the task, she began becoming an assistant to the production team for television documentaries. Later, she was able to produce documentaries. She still had a dream to be an actor, although she was content at her position. in the film romantic comedy Hitch she played a small role alongside Will Smith. Since then, she's been in numerous popular films and television shows.
