Summer Glau

 Glau's first TV credit was as a guest actor in the 2002 episode of Angel. She was the target of director Joss Whedon who subsequently made her a part of his critically acclaimed , but brief-lived TV show Firefly as River Tam, a role she reprised in the sequel's feature film Serenity. Glau had previously auditioned for the Power Ranger role (White Wild Force Ranger, Alyssa Erile) in Power Rangers Wild Force. She was ultimately defeated by Jessica Rey before meeting Whedon. She played Shelly the high school senior, in Sleepover. She also appeared on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode, "What's Eating Gilbert Grissom?" " in season two of The Unit as Crystal Burns (the girlfriend of Jeremy Erhart). Glau was Tess Doerner (a paranoid, psychotic returning character) in the second season of The 4400. From season three, she became a regular character. Glau also appeared in the horror film Mammoth. Glau was also cast in ABC Family Television's movie The Initiation of Sarah. Glau played Cameron Phillips in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. The series premiered on January 13 and 13 January 2008. The seventh episode of the series, "The Demon Hand" was a scene in which Glau (as Cameron) dances ballet. Glau also played Allison Young (Cameron’s human doppelganger from episodes from the second season, "Allison of Palmdale" and"Born To Run". Glau was also a guest on an episode of The Big Bang Theory, an CBS situation comedy.
